JOB DESCRIPTION
We're hiring an Employer Engagement Intern to drive Talentvis Academy's brand strategy, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with our objectives.
Responsibilities include:

Acquiring HR employers/clients, managing onboarding and post-onboarding processes, generating leads, and fostering deeper usage of Talentvis Academy for employee training needs.

Provides information and documents of products, services, benefits, and knowledge for client accounts
-
Maintaining long-term relationships with accounts.

The intern will collaborate with the regional team to execute customer experience strategies and contribute to revenue growth.

Effective communication with internal departments and external stakeholders is crucial, as is providing information on products, services.

Collaboration with various teams for ongoing product enhancements and innovation is also expected.

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
