Check documents for weekly payments
Support other accounting tasks
Support end-users / suppliers on accounting processes
Issue debit note / tax invoices
Review draft bank guarantee
Prepare data / documents for tax reports / audit purpose
Document archiving monitoring
Prepare data for VAT refund
Qualifications
Entitled as full-time university student during 6-month internship period with major in Accounting, Finance,...
No
working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience
in school/ social activities will have a big advantage
Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Hard-working, result-oriented, eager to learn, ability to work independently

FREIGHT COST CLEARANCE SUPPORT INTERN
Job Description
Verify logistics invoice content from factual or from price verification perspective.
Process invoice for payment on time.
Update monthly master data for systems maintenance.
Prepare monthly reports per supervisor's request
Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Good English communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Proactive, hardworking, and independent
Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development
Students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have a big advantage
