JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Admin Intern at Fundiin, you will be responsible for the contract management process and general administrative support to the business development team.
What you will working on:
Contract Management:
Oversee the contract signing process, including printing and ensuring legal compliance through stamping and sealing from relevant departments.
Assist in sending contracts to merchants and coordinating their return.
Systematically handle the scanning and storage of both digital and hard copies of contracts.
Systems and Database Management:
Collaborate with Business Development to create, update and maintain merchant profiles on our internal system.
Request and manage access credentials for various systems as needed.
Other:
Additional tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
What you will need:
Bachelor in a related field.
Open for entry level, preferably candidate with experience in an administrative or business support role in technology/payment/financial services industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Personal Characteristics: Detail-oriented, trustworthy, organized, hardworking, willing to learn and open to taking initiatives.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.
