JOB DESCRIPTION
Data entry and maintenance of data/master data on company business systems such as BC365 and Raptor
Monitoring project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
Providing Analytical data/ reports to managers for assessment and recommendation.
Maintains confidentially on all company information gathered during employment such as stock level, pricing, costing, source and suppliers, business plans, etc
Takes part in the project management, deployment and maintenance of BSD IT initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
Business Management major or related major
Good English communication
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Teamwork

Collect all detail fees in month and do payment request (mobile phone fee, grab...)
Collect stationary order and work with supplier
Have responsible for snack corner in the office
Support & collect quotation for external training
Support to organize events, activities
Support for internal communication
Support to skim CVs & to arrange interview for some assigned vacancies
Support to register PIT code and dependents for staff
Support to manage company uniform usage
REQUIREMENTS
Business Administration/Human Resource major or related major
Good English communication
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Teamwork
Can do multi-tasks, working independent
