Sales Support Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION
- To coordinate, support sales team to complete sales documentation, contract and other relevant sales documents such as SPC, Congratulation Letter, Reminder, Notice of termination, VAT calculation ... (For Apartment, car park, Resettlement apartment)
- To check SPC/SPA and all related documents (Reservation form, Congratulation Letter) before submit for Management signing
- To coordinate, support sales team to complete sales documentations, contract, review forms, submit for signing contract...
- To support sales staff in preparing Memo, Letter, Payment request, and submit to Management for special cases
- To coordinate with CA on the status of an apartment when purchaser request to assign, prepare and collect necessary document, check if there's any debt, interest, lacked document that need purchaser to settle, call them to paid or supplement before going to notary office. After purchaser doing the tax obligation, collect necessary document, hand over to CA to complete the assignment and issue letter forward for purchaser's signature
- To coordinate with Finance to prepare invoice cancelation minutes in case purchaser wish to cancel the SPC after signing, prepare SPC for new purchaser
REQUIREMENTS
- Senior undergraduate and graduate students
- Major in one of the following University studies: Accountant and Finance, Business Administration, English, or others related field
- Communication skills in English and good computer skills
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Passionate about developing career in Real Estate industry
