We are looking for candidates for the position of Full-time HSE Intern to join our Business Excellent team in HCM:
Responsibility:
- Collect data of QHSE (Quality, Health and safety, Environment) from other departments to make periodic reports
- Conduct monthly safety walks at warehouses, offices
- Support internal and external ISO (integrated 90[protected info]) audits
- Support department head to create mandatory HSE reports: medical, occupational safety and health, environment protection, fire protection...
- Collect data of CSR (Social report)
- Follow up device inspections at warehouses
- Create Supply chain security report for each high security shipments
- Handle administration tasks regarding to Vendor management
- Other tasks assigned by department head.
