Conversion of project papers and emails (Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa)
Assist in the preparation of meeting material and attend meetings in both Japanese and Vietnamese as necessary.
Interpreting during project-related meetings between the project team and Japanese consumers. Serving as a liaison between the project team and the client, assisting in the project's success
Collaborate with Managers/Leaders to resolve related issues (technical issues, change requests, operational issues, investigation requests, and customer requests)
Greet and welcome Japanese customers who come to visit and work at the company - Project management: planning, monitoring, and controlling project implementation progress, as well as coordinating and reporting to customers.
Assist the company's Japanese operations as directed by the Line Manager.
