Responsibilities
You will assist with the daily accounting processes of the entities of the group. Under the direct responsibility of the general accountant, you will have diverse and various tasks which are divided into two main categories: classic accounting duties and administrative work, including:
Assist the daily accounting processes for different subsidiaries, at the international level.
Be responsible for the accounting data entries in all different ledgers.
Bookkeep and check: payable invoices, claim expenses, bank inputs, and other accounting inputs, according to IFRS, local & group accounting rules.
Taking on additional tasks to learn more about knowledge of accounting and office operations.
Prepare the accounting checklist according to the deadlines and its rules.
Support in the preparation of data and documents for Internal and External audit, Tax inspection purposes.
Requirements
Final year student or fresh graduate, majoring in Accounting/Auditing/Finance.
You are looking for a full-time internship in a fast-growing and international working environment.
Being motivated in working in accountancy at a multinational level.
Having a basic understanding of accountancy and bookkeeping.
Good command of English is required (both verbal & written).
Good ability to use Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is necessary.
Location: Viettel Tower - Floor 15, 285 Cach Mang Thang Tam, Ward 12, District 10, HCM
Working time: From Monday to Friday, hybrid working time
