I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. On-site Aud
it SupportAssist the audit team in preparing for audit fieldwork, including printing documents and arranging logistics for the audit engagement
Perform basic audit procedures, such as cash and cash equivalents, advances, and expenses,... using RSM's audit methodology and procedures
Participate in team discussions, client interviews, or walkthroughs to understand client processes and internal controls
Summarize key audit findings and observations in a clear and structured format for team review
Participate in physical observation of cash, fixed assets, inventory, and tools & equipment when assigned
Perform other tasks as assigned by the audit team leader during the engagement at the client's premises.
2. Office-based Tasks
Coordinate with internal departments to support the audit teams with administrative tasks
Assist in sending and receiving confirmation letters as requested by the audit teams
Participate in reviewing, checking, and organizing audit reports and working papers when required
Translate documents, such as service proposals, audit reports, and other assigned deliverables
Carry out other tasks assigned by the audit team during the engagement.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
4th-year students or graduates (under 1 year) with background in Accounting, Auditing, Economics, Finance, Banking, Foreign Trade or relevant fields
High proficient of using English, both verbal and non-verbal
Open-minded, result-oriented, strong interpersonal and team working skills
High level of responsibilities, high commitment to success and continuous learning
