JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sales Intern is responsible for assisting in generating potential customer lists, maintaining client information in the CRM system, creating marketing materials, analyzing marketing metrics, and performing administrative tasks as assigned.
• Generate a potential customer list by:
Utilize assigned tools and channels to search for clients based on specific lanes and commodity verticals.
Analyze data to curate a client list that meets the criteria set by management.
Based on the company's current customer list identify existing customers and new customers.
Gather contact information for each new client through all available social media channels.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system.
• Create marketing materials, such as PowerPoint presentations, following the sales team's guidelines.
• Support the analysis of marketing metrics and campaign performance, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.
• Perform administrative and logistical tasks as well as other duties assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
► Education and Experience:
Study fields such as International Business, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines are preferred.
Junior or Senior students are encouraged to apply.
► Required Skills and Abilities:
A minimum commitment of 4 months is required.
Ability to use MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good at English, both verbal and written.
Familiar with professional social media platforms and networking tools.
Demonstrate a commercial mindset and basic business acumen.
Exhibit a proactive, hard-working, and enthusiastic attitude.
Possesses strong administrative skills and is results-oriented with attention to detail.
Pay close attention to detail and have strong organizational skills.
Demonstrates effective communication and proactive approach to task completion.
Open to receiving feedback and committed to continuous improvement.

Working Place: Bluesky Office, 01 Bach Dang, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC
Working Time: 8:00 - 17:35 Monday - Friday (Close Saturday & Sunday)
Allowance: 4.000.000 VND/month
Mentorship: You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced seniors who will provide guidance and support throughout your internship.
Training and Development: We offer various training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, helping you grow both personally and professionally.
