JOB DESCRIPTION
Support team for documentation tasks:
Data entry, filing, scanning, and preparing a full set of shipping documents.
Track & Trace
Other tasks as assigned by mentors
REQUIREMENTS
Senior student in International Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, or related field.
Basic knowledge about import / export process, and/or Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Full time working is prefer
Good command in English
Good Computer skills (MS Office): Word, Excel, Power point
Able to prioritize workload in a fast paced and busy environment
Teamwork, customer orientation
Strictly follow job assignment

JOB DESCRIPTION
Mainly do sales support for Sales Manager & Sales Rept.
Pricing support for import-export inquiries for US trade lane
Support some basic & simple tasks to manage key accounts
Study, search, the update of market intelligence, quotations, presentations, concepts, etc... to look for business opportunities
Input rates on internal systems.
Follow up the company's policy on working conditions and customer relationship
Have the right to propose new idea for approaching customer
Other matters relating to Agency Sale Intern
REQUIREMENTS
Graduated College or University in Logistics or Supply Chain, Import Export, and can work full time from Mon to Fri.
Can work full-time and minimum 6 months internship.
English: Excellent in reading / listening/ writing/speaking
Good negotiation, communication and computer skills (outlook, powerpoint, excel and internet searching)
Tactful and flexible
Good knowledge of Forwarding & Logistics Field is preferable
