JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
As an Influencer Partnership and Community Engagement Intern, you will be the driving force behind our engagement with influencers and community in the USA. Your role will involve identifying potential influencer partnerships, establishing and managing relationships, and coordinating with our marketing team to ensure alignment with our brand strategy. This role is crucial for expanding our brand's reach, especially in the USA market, and requires a high level of proficiency in English. Previous experience in influencer outreach or community management is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential influencers in the USA market across various social media platforms.
Reach out to and communicate with influencers to establish partnerships.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new influencer partners.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align influencer activities with overall marketing strategies.
Organize and maintain a database of influencer contacts and contracts.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of influencer partnerships.
Assist in creating content and communication strategies for engaging with our community and partners.
Actively engage with our followers by responding to comments, messages, and posts, fostering a vibrant and interactive community.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for new partnership opportunities and community engagement initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Enthusiastic and proactive in reaching out and communicating with people.
Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, PR or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good organizational abilities and experience managing contacts.
Comfortable with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
