JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: District 7, HCM
Responsibilities:
Assist in internal people passion activities and new graduate recruitment logistic preparation.
Develops a working knowledge of HR information databases and searchable resources.
Keeps abreast of Document retention requirements.
Manage and Accurately Report Time and Expenses.
Any extra duties the HR Manager/ Senior requires.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and planning skills, ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
Love to work with students and events, experiences in extra activities, clubs, etc is a big plus.
Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment.
Detail-oriented person.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail.
Openly share new ideas and information with other team members.
