JOB DESCRIPTION
Triumph International (Vietnam) is offering a unique internship opportunity for someone who has a strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, allowing you to test your abilities and further explore your career interests.
As an HR intern, you will be placed in a Talent Acquisition & HRBP team. Closely working with Recruiter and/or HRBP, you will be an active member of the team and will be responsible for a variety of projects designed to be completed and delivered by the end of the internship. These projects are intended to provide you with operational experience as well as an overview in the particular HR function.
You will gain knowledge of and interact with Human Resources and other business professionals throughout the internship. In addition, you will be exposed to Triumph International Vietnam (the whole organization) through informal meetings with members of Human Resources and other functions.
REQUIREMENTS
Final year student or fresh graduated
English communication in a basic level
Available to work on-site at least 4 days per week (during 2 months)
*Working location: No. 2, Street No. 3, Song Than 1 Industrial Zone, Di An Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam
