I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
CBRE seeks an intern for an interesting opportunity to support the work of the Office Services Department
Collect, analyze and organize information for leasing purpose
Identify problems and develop creative yet practical solutions
Conduct market research activities
Apply marketing and tele-marketing skills
Make business reports and proposals
Handle customer service issues (negotiations, claims handling)
Translate standard documents
Complete general administrative tasks
II. WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
CBRE internship programs are designed to provide a beneficial relationship between our company and university students, graduates, post-graduate students. Internships are offered for 3 months and are renewable up to a maximum of 6 months. Our company offers interns an exceptional learning experience in an international organization and increases their awareness. The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:
Work full-time from Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
Senior student or fresh graduate in Business program or related filed are welcome
Hard-working, well-organized, enthusiastic and careful
High level of integrity and confidentiality
The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent telephone etiquette, communication and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent oral and professional writing skills in English is a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel...)
Willing to commit to the internship full-time period for at least 3 months
