JOB DESCRIPTION
- Translate
proposals, contracts, reports, messages and other documents from Chinese into
Vietnamese/English and vice versa.
- Take
responsibility for the consistency and linguistic quality of all documents
which are distributed externally and internally.
- Check translations
of proposals, contracts, reports, and other documents to ensure that they are
accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revisions.
- Assist with
administrative tasks.
- Perform clerical
duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax,
etc. as needed.
- Run general
industry-related errands.
- Other tasks
assigned by Manager and Director.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree
or equivalent. - A good command of written and spoken Chinese and Vietnamese
(equivalent to HSK 5 - HSK 6).
- Able to use
English for basic conversations (preferred).
- Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Attention to
detail is a must
- Strong
organization and communication skills.
- Strong reading,
writing, comprehension, and editing skills.
- Good
interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Hard working, good
team player, supportive, proactive and reliable.
- Enjoy working in a
fast-paced environment.
