JOB DESCRIPTION
Be a member of product team, work closely with developers, and users to fully understand existing user needs and gain positive value.
Research, define and improve on Hiip platform experience.
Develop detailed user stories and support the technical team in exploring these stories. (customer journey, product requirement document, use cases, user flows, ...)
Develop, maintain and execute manual test cases for product features.
Test, analyze, and report test results.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 4 months working experience
Good communication in English (IELTS > 6.5 - must attach certificate when applying & an English introduction video*)
Having ownership of your work and your product.
Strong attention to detail.
Passion for building products. Interest in pursuing a career in product management.
Good analytical, writing, documenting and problem-solving skills.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field is preferred.
Having experience in software design or UX/UI is a plus.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus, you don't need to be that code geek.
Having an understanding or interest in influencer marketing is preferred.
