JOB DESCRIPTION
Quality Management QA/QC:
- Supervise and check QA/QC quality from domestics and imported goods
- Coordinate with testing and quality control Center of products
- Support to build quality process SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
- Support to monitor and prepare registration documents for product announcement/self-announcement
- Prepare presentation / collect analytical data for selection and send to direct superior.
Coordination:
- Work together with team members to achieve common goals.
- Coordinate with team members and internal departments for related issues or changes.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for business activity, progress and status, and document them using specified applications/systems.
Supplier/ Order data management:
- Enabling supplier activation by accurately registering suppliers into system, liaising with suppliers for required documents if needed
- Processing order payment document package, ensuring correct data, coordinating with related internal functions (Logistics, Accounting, etc.) to enable the payment to be on time
- Other data management tasks as required
Human relationship:
- Working closely with the sourcing team co-workers and other BU teams

REQUIREMENTS
- 3rd year or final year student, fresh graduated from Economics / Finance / Business majors/ Logistics
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good computer skills (Excel / Word / Outlook...), PPT knowledge is a plus
- Interest or experience in QA/QC, import and export, international trade and commercial practices.
- Being resourceful and keen to details
- Lively and international positive mindset.
