ABOUT ASIA SOCIETY FOR SOCIAL IMPROVEMENT AND SUSTAINABLE TRANSFORMATION (ASSIST)
ASSIST was established in 2003 with the aim of addressing sustainability challenges in the Philippines. Today, it has evolved into a self-sustaining, Pan-Asian, non-profit organization driven by passion and purpose for progress and prosperity in the region.
ASSIST takes pride in its process-oriented approach to capacity building towards social improvement and sustainable transformation. It is presently based in Makati City, Philippines, but also has operations in India and Vietnam and manages projects in over 10 countries. Through its Partner to Progress philosophy, it has successfully implemented such projects in collaboration with the European Union, United Nation Environment Program (UNEP), United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), USAID, International Finance Corporation (IFC), GIZ, and DEG/ KFW amongst other organizations.

ASSIST Vietnam is a branch of ASSIST. We have been implementing social & environmental projects since 2007. At ASSIST we work closely with corporates/private companies to jointly implement social or environmental projects benefiting the society & environment in Vietnam. We implement projects across many provinces in Vietnam. We have colleagues from different countries working together on project implementation and acquiring new projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintain existing business relationships and establish connections with new partners.
Manage and perform projects:
+ Receive projects, search for and gather information, collaborate with relevant departments to develop project implementation plans.
+ Report on projects regularly or as requested by the PM.
+ Implement projects, conduct surveys, develop solutions, and address any arising issues.
Follow up and do paperwork including but not limited: to sales supporting documents (Contracts, Liquidation, Invoice, prepare payment & PO, etc.).
Support other tasks as directed by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
A final year student or recent graduate's degree in business or related field.
Good in English, both written and spoken; and computer literacy.
Have good communication skills to work effectively with customers and the development team.
Have analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
Experience in non-governmental organization activities and administrative procedures is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify and qualify potential clients.
Understand the needs of prospects and stimulate their interest in our services.
Establish meaningful connections with prospects by answering their questions and providing them with relevant content.
Work closely with team members to provide consultation and close contracts.
Regularly update sales metrics and report daily activities to the team.
Support Regional Director and Business Development team with assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
Current enrollment or recent graduation from a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
Good in English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in using Office suite.
A self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt. Being proactive and enthusiastic about developing a career in business development.
Passionate about non-profit and development works.
Strong communication and teamwork skills are key for this role.
Previous internship or work experience in non-government organization, sales, business development, or a related field is a plus.
