Mô tả công việc
Support customer/outlet master data collection, cleaning, validation, and consolidation.
Check data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and duplicates.
Maintain CRM data trackers and prepare Excel reports.
Coordinate with Sales and other teams to follow up on missing or incorrect data.
Assist with other CRM project activities as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Gender: prefer Male
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Good in Excel
Good understanding of data management and data structures.
Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and data processing.
Familiarity with CRM systems, or Power BI, Power Query.
