Mô tả công việc

1.Job brief
Department: Teacher Experience Department (TED)
Location: On-site | Binh Thanh District
Report line: Teaching Quality Assurance Officer
Hours of Work: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (GMT +7) | Monday - Friday | One hour break at noon
2. Responsibilities
Support to check daily activities relating to:
Academic quiz results of new teachers;
Booking schedule of new teachers for live technical check;
Teaching Assistant (TA) daily report and KPI fulfillment;
Feedback regarding teaching quality assurance activities:
From the teacher to TA:
From student to teacher
From teacher to student
Teacher's feedback via google form
Perform tasks in collecting/ filtering database for reports.
Process, policies, and regulation
Follow all working procedures, policies, rules, and regulations of TED;
Collaborate with team members in maintaining the TED operations to the right standard;
Update and make necessary reports.
Other
Other duties and admin tasks are given by the team.

Yêu cầu

a.Skills & Abilities
Can use English fluently in both verbal and non-verbal form
Communication skills
Be able to use Microsoft Office
b. Education & Training
4th-year students/ Fresher majoring in English language/English Pedagogy
IELTS certificate(>6.0)/ EFset test result >=70 is an advantage
c. Technical Requirements
Have a private laptop, mic, headphone, and camera
Operation System: at least MacOS: 10.9 / Windows: 10 Professional;
Hardware: At least RAM >= 8 GB AND CPU has 4 cores OR 1.8 GHz
