JOB DESCRIPTION
Working as a Recruitment Consultant/Headhunter.
Coordinate with the hiring manager to determine the necessary requirements for open roles.
Send recruitment emails to passive candidates and follow up as needed.
Browse resume databases and portfolio sites.
Create a candidate profile
Advertise open positions to external networks
Maintain an organized database with candidate data
Stay in touch with previous applicants
Use LinkedIn to search for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill positions
Search and support candidates who are looking for jobs in the IT field
Build relationships with companies and employers
Format CV as required
REQUIREMENTS
You are a 3rd-year or 4th-year student who is looking for an end-of-study internship, or a fresh graduate who is looking for your first professional experience;
You have a strong interest in recruitment (yes, recruitment - not C&B, not training & development);
You have a curiosity & a strong will to learn;
You possess strong verbal & written communication skills to be efficient in your interaction with our candidates at different seniority levels;
You are proficient in English, to coordinate with other recruitment teams or leaders in the region;
You are self-motivated, proactive, and willing to develop in a start-up environment with high flexibility and without close supervision.
BENEFITS
Monthly allowance: 2,000,000 VND/month
Parking fee: 200,000 VND/month
Phone allowance: 300,000 VND/month
Lunch allowance: 40,000 VND/day
Happy hour on Friday
Provide stamp for universities' requirement
Have an ability to use English in working condition
Training on the recruitment process & basic industry knowledge to understand candidates' profiles (mostly in IT).
Exploring the start-up ecosystem and joining our community activities.
Work in an international team with operations in 6 countries in Asia.
Bonus based on performance.
Working location: Central Park Building, Floor 11, 208 Nguyen Trai, Pham Ngu Lao, District 1, HCM, Vietnam
