Generate and process new projects as needed.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with SotaTek's services.
Arrange appointments between clients and the sales team.
Respond to customer inquiries via emails, texts, and phone calls.
Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Yêu cầu
Third-year, fourth-year students or fresh graduates in Languages, Business Administration, or related fields.
TOPIK 5+ or equivalent Korean proficiency.
Being fluent in Korean is a must, verbal English is nice to have
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about sales and technology.
Prior experience in sales or IT is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
