JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage purchase orders, notify
allocated quantities and delivery schedules promptly, accurately and in
accordance with sales policies.
Make delivery orders, share them
with relevant departments and hand over vehicle documents.
Monitor and update payments,
deposits and recognize debts with Dealers.
Be responsible for making production
plans and sending them to relevant departments, ordering imported vehicles.
Update the vehicle price list in
accordance with the selling price policy, notifying Dealers and the Accounting
Department to register the price with the tax authority
Draft and update forms, documents,
policies, contracts, etc. with dealers
Location:
No 02, Pho Quang Street, Tan Binh,
Ho Chi Minh
Working hours: 7:30 - 17:30 Monday - Friday
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year student or fresh graduate
Good at English communication and
Microsoft Office
Have a mindset of self-starter and
ability to deal with numbers
Have logical thinking and
explanation skills
Be careful, hardworking and highly
responsible
