Thực Tập Sinh Sales & customer service full-time 2024

Reporting to: Market Manager - Indochina, Myanmar & Thailand
Location: ADM Office, Saigon Center, 65 Le Loi, District 1, HCMC
Position Charter: Support order processing and sales/customer support to assigned customers.
Scope & Responsibilities
Full order processing from receipt of customer order to invoicing
Monitor and work with inter-companies to pull in or push out to ensure optimum stock level in a local warehouse, check customer's forecast and delivery requirements
Manage closely 3PLs on importation, stock management, and delivery arrangement to customers
Prepare and provide a full set of required documents to customers
Sample coordination and arrangement with customers
Handle customers' complaints and coordinate returns, credit, replacement, etc.
Assist in following up with customers on payment on overdue invoices and sales support.
Provide administrative support (such as report preparation) and any other duties as assigned
Follow company procedures and policies

Command of English (spoken and written)
Interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous, organized, responsible, and good team player
Positive mindset, business flair, initiative, and high adaptability
To manage multiple tasks and ensure tasks are completed on time
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Food engineering
In handling the import of corn sweetener products, flavor or food ingredients is an advantage
Good knowledge of Incoterm and shipping documents is an advantage
In Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel)
