JOB DESCRIPTION
Job description
This job will be responsible for contacting customers directly via phone, to make sales or assist the Sales department in setting up appointments and evaluating potential customers in IT services.
Specific jobs
The main tasks will include:
Profiling customer information based on customer list provided
Find out information and needs of customers over the phone
Call potential and existing customers to introduce the company's products/services and book meeting for Sales.
Answer questions and problems for customers about the company's products/services if any.
Manage customer information and continuously update on the database system.
Build relationships with customers based on a focus on customer needs and closing sales
Other tasks relating to Sales support assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements and skills
Knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular), Power BI.
Good writting and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
Ability to work under strict deadlines.
