JOB DESCRIPTION
Main objective:
In-charge on ad-hoc request and enhancement on 2 key domains: Loyalty and Gamification.
Assist operation team to solve product issues, bugs.
Outcome:
Learning how to build digital product (both in theory and practice) and confident to be product management staff.
Knowledge on eCommerce platform especially B2B business model.
Experience on working with diversified stakeholder roles (Business ops, Product ops, Development, UX/UI, Product, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
Have career orientation in product development, business analysis or in tech industry.
Good written and verbal communication skills with good analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving mindset.
Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with change in a dynamic environment.
