JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Build the company TikTok page
• Create at least 3 videos per week on the company TikTok channel
• Run at least 1 livestream per week on the company TikTok or Shopee channel(s)
• Develop contents such as product introduction, beauty routines, beauty tips, as well as trend-related, fun, or esthetical videos.
• Engage with follower base (respond to comments, ensure the account is well maintained, propose new ideas...)
2) KOL/KOC relationship management
• Build and maintain a database of relevant KOL/KOC for the company's brands
• Connect with chosen KOL/KOC in a professional way to request for reviews
• Ensure the review is well implemented by providing information, products and following up on contract conditions
• Develop partnerships with brands with similar customer targets (fashion, decoration, entertainment...)
3) Support to marketing team (from time to time)
• Support in creating video contents for the brand's other social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Shopee...)
• Support the team with ad hoc requests (marketing campaigns, events...)
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong interest in skincare products & in the beauty industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Experience in livestreaming and/or video shootings. Basic knowledge of video-editing.
• Fluent Vietnamese. Reading English capacity, spoken English is a plus.
• Well-functioning laptop.
BENEFITS
• Estimated 4.000.000 VND/ month for meeting the KPIs, not yet including additional bonus if the video created reaches 50k - 100k views. Commission on sales from livestream.
