JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Paperwork and Payment Requests:
Assist the Procurement Team in handling paperwork, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
Process payment requests and ensure accurate documentation.
Categorize and organize procurement-related documents.
Price Database Management:
Daily, weekly, and monthly updates of ingredient prices in the database.
Work closely with the team to manage and maintain the accuracy of the price database.
Monthly Debt Comparison:
Assist in conducting monthly debt comparisons and reconciliation.
Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate financial records.
General Procurement Support:
Undertake various tasks to support the overall workflow of the Procurement Team.
Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Currently enrolled as a Third or Final Year student in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Availability to work at least 6 shifts per week (3 days/week).
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Support Strategic Partnership team members in managing creative projects:
Consult, discuss & understand partner's needs.
Gather data, timelines, and materials to kick-start the projects.
Coordinate with cross-discipline teams to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, budgets, deadlines, and schedules.
Establish effective project communication plans.
Negotiate with the internal team, solve problems, and ensure projects are on time and quality.
Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
Build and develop good relationships with the clients, partners, and suppliers at all stages and after the project.
Support in conducting post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Handle paperwork, contracts & invoices.
REQUIREMENTS
Potential skill sets
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Bilingual in Vietnamese and English.

Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding: Concentrate efforts on activities related to talent acquisition and employer branding.
Recruitment Support: Assist the team in various aspects of the recruitment process, including but not limited to posting job listings on recruitment platforms, reaching out to candidates, facilitating candidate onboarding, coordinating assessments and interviews, conducting interviews, and data entry.
Candidates Database: Establish and maintain a comprehensive candidates database to streamline future recruitment processes.
Administrative Support: Fulfill other administrative requirements as directed by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Educational Background: Priority given to final-year students or recent graduates with degrees in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical Abilities: Demonstrate systematic thinking and attention to detail in handling various tasks.
Work Attitude: Display a responsible and positive work attitude, especially when dealing with challenging tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively.
