Mô tả công việc
Introduce, install and conduct user about the ATALINK application.
Support, handle customer's issues during using.
Coordinate and contact relevant departments to handle customer's requests.
Other tasks as required by line manager.
Yêu cầu
3rd & 4th student faculty in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Accounting or related areas.
Having knowledge of Accounting is a strong plus.
Duration: at least 6 months; can work 4-5 days per week.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Quick and eager for learning, problem solving.
Open to traveling for onsite support at customer locations when needed.
It's a plus if you're based in or have accommodation near the Binh Duong area.
