JOB DESCRIPTION
To draft, review contracts and other documents.
To support contracts and other documents signing.
To perform legal research as needed.
To update and support the legal department in advising
on legal information related to the Company's field of activity.
To prepare and submit documents in the fields of foreign
investment, enterprises, intellectual property, etc.
To support English - Vietnamese translation.
To provide administrative support to the direct manager
as needed
To
provide other support to the direct manager that may be required
REQUIREMENTS
Final year at University in Law, especially the major in
business law or international commercial law and finish your thesis
Fluency in written and spoken English (to translate
contracts between English - Vietnamese and boss speaks English)
Strong
organizational and research skills;
Excellent
analytical, communication (oral and written) and writing skills;
Excellent
interpersonal skills
Good
attitude
Work
under minimum supervision and tight deadlines;
The
ability to follow instructions accurately, the ability to absorb large
amounts of complex information and attention to detail;
Computer
proficiency: MS Office applications
