SKYPAC AVIATION operates as airline General Sales Agent (GSA) with a dedicated focus on representing and supporting the interests of airline in different countries worldwide. Located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, SKYPAC Aviation is among the group companies of Sky Pacific Air Services with the headquarter located in Bangkok, Thailand.
Vietnam office is located at SCSC Building 30 Phan Thuc Duyen, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, HCMC, Vietnam.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to assist our General Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Aviation industry. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and with good understanding of Russian and will possess strong organizational and communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Administrative Support: Assist the General Manager with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and translate documents, emails, and reports in both English and Russian.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on various topics as directed by the General Manager. Prepare reports and presentations based on findings.
• Project Coordination: Help coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives. Ensure timely completion of tasks and provide regular updates.
• Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records and files. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily
accessible.
• Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory.
• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Russian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Personal Attributes:
- Proactive and willing to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
