JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role
as a Recruiting Intern located in District 1. As a Recruiting Intern, you will
be responsible for daily tasks related to hiring, interviewing, communication,
recruiting, and training. You will work closely with the HR department to
successfully achieve recruitment goals and support the company's growth.
Duities
- Sourcing and screen potential
candidates through different channels (recruitment channel, social platforms
and networking, database) to choose suitable candidate for interview.
- Cooperating with hiring
department to arrange interview and selection procedures to ensure having a
smoothly interview and choose the most suitable for each position.
- Building network via Linked in,
Facebook, organize/attend job fairs and recruitment events to attract more
candidate from difference source and branding our company.
- Building candidates database
ensure promptly meet the recruitment requests from departments.
- Gathering and reviewing new
employees' profiles carefully to ensure they have enough required documents as
company regulations.
- Inputting and checking employee
data to assure the employee information are correctly.
- Other tasks assigned by
superiors.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Fresh graduates or final-year students
No prior experience is required (interns will be guided and trained)
Willingness to learn
Proficient in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Dynamic and adaptable to changes
Ability to think on the spot
Meticulous and good at coordination and multitasking

Benefit
Internship allowance: 2 million VND / month
Internship period: 3 months (with a chance to convert to permanent)
Working hours: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm, from Monday to Friday in office
