JOB DESCRIPTION
Support in admission team in the admission events to support consult, provide information and enroll for new students, parents;
Take part in the internal and external admission event (school, booth at mall, supermarket, talent center, Cultural houses, park, surrounding resident area....) with admission team;
Support admission team in receive information and consulting for parents about studying pathway, environment through telephone or face to face;
Support to consult for new and potential on digital channel such as fanpage, zalo follow protocol;
Support admission team to inform, instruct for students do the placement test;
Support in filling all kind of admission forms, collect and arrange them in order;
Take part in full training section from admission department as well as school.
REQUIREMENTS
Final year students in university/ College. Major in Business management/ English or relevant.
Experience in customer education;
Communication, presentation and good persuade skills;
Communicative English;
Office computer skills;
Good looking, good voice;
High responsibility;
Comply disciplinary;
Proactive on Job;
Dedicated, nice;

JOB DESCRIPTION
Involve in brainstorming & executing ideas for school activities, especially Marketing activities;
Continuously monitor and update news from all educational groups on social networking platforms to capture market trends and make appropriate predictions;
Support internal team in various tasks, including but not limited to school events, content creation, photography, community management, seeding, etc.;
Be in charge of content creation on school's official social platforms;
Paperwork;
Other tasks following the guidance of line manager/supervisors.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Education
University Degree with Marketing/Business background is an advantage;
2. Experience (type of)
Well-experienced with Marketing background;
Used to work in Education industry is a plus.
3. Specific knowledge/ skill
Love working in Education industry;
Strong business mindset, analytical power, good communication and presentation skill;
Have good sense of beauty;
Good English at 04 skills;
Energized, open-minded and extremely proactive;
Practical creativity and result-oriented;
Passion to growth and strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment, manage workload and multiple projects;
Responsible and honest at work;
Careful and detailed with both words, numbers and visual;

Understanding job requirements and sourcing suitable candidates for different positions;
Searching and screening candidate's profile via job boards, social networking site,...;
Phone-screening to identify suitable candidate;
Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidate;
Supporting for employer branding activities (internal/external events and social posts,...);
Updating our internal databases with information about new employees, contact information and form;
2. HR Admin & Project
Supporting in daily operational tasks of the HR team such as preparing to onboard for new members, collecting employees' documents...;
Supporting HR projects (workshops, orientation, training...);
Reporting to HR Manager daily;
Other tasks assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Final year student in University;
Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Vietnamese;
Comfortable working with online tools; Experience in Microsoft Office - MS Word, Excel Sheets, PowerPoint presentations;
High self-motivation and target oriented.
