Manage ticketing operations: handle flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissue, and refund processes via GDS.
Ensure accuracy of fare calculations, taxes, ticket conditions, and compliance with airline policies.
Handle schedule changes, cancellations, and irregular operations (IRROPs).
Coordinate with airlines, internal teams, and partners to ensure smooth service delivery, while maintaining strong relationships with travel trade partners.
Assist in negotiating discount rates and commercial agreements to support and drive sales performance.
Monitor the effectiveness of incentive and discount schemes through regular performance reviews to maximize results.
Provide timely updates, advice, and support to customers and agents regarding inquiries.
Manage and develop existing customer portfolios to maintain and grow account value.
Identify opportunities to improve revenue quality and optimize portfolio performance.
Support new
business development and marketing activities.
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Economics, Foreign Languages, or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ticketing or relevant roles within the travel/airline industry (GSA/travel agency preferred).
Proficiency in at least one GDS system (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
Strong proficiency in Amadeus (1A) is highly preferred.
Solid knowledge of fare rules, ticketing procedures, and airline policies.
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially Excel.
Candidates with less experience may still be considered based on potential and interview performance.
