- Manage reservations & ticketing: Manage flight reservations, ticketing, changes, cancellations, and refunds.
- Provide customer support: Provide professional customer support and travel-related information.
- Booking & change processing: Process bookings accurately and handle schedule changes, disruptions, and special requests.
- Compliance & rules: Ensure compliance with airline policies, fare rules, IATA regulations, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate teams & partners: Coordinate with internal teams, travel agents, and airport staff when required.

Yêu cầu
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Tourism, Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo is preferred.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Good problem-solving and organization skills.
