Job Description

In TikiNOW Smart Logistic (TNSL), we sharply focus on providing solutions for fulfillment & delivery - the two critical pieces inside Tiki end-to-end ecommerce ecosystem. We currently serve hundreds of thousands orders per day with a huge growth rate. Our system handles over 500 million database transactions with up to 50+ microservices that generates the challenges in management but also brings up the open-minded environment with best practice love & scalability care.

The TNSL Middle Mile team powers the physical engine at the heart of TNSL. We build & operate systems & processes that run the network of hub centers across the country and coordinate hundreds of trucks & riders to pickup, transit and deliver billions of boxes and ensure that customers get what they want when we promised we would get it to them. We do this by building automated and advanced solutions to handle things that technology does well, while relying on people to handle things that humans do well.

We are looking for a talented Frontend who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. You will work with Product Manager & UX/UI Designer and bridge the gap between product ideas, graphical and technical implementation, tasking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

What you'd contribute:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
Participate in troubleshooting application-related issues and maintaining high performance and device compatibility.
Research and adopt new technologies to improve user experience.
Participate in architecture design/code review.

What you'd have to succeed for the role:

At least 2 years of working experience with Web development;
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, NextJs
Solid understanding of the full web development life cycle
Passion for software quality, including testing, code review, and documentation
Excellent problem-solving skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills

Nice-to-have experience:

Experience with Typescript is a plus
Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS, SASS, CSS Modules
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
Experience in app performance optimization is a plus
Experience with React Native is a plus
Interest and/or previous experience in logistics domain
