Time Study Engineer (Cut & Sew)

1. Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in conducting time studies and implementing process improvement initiatives.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or any related field is a plus.
Proficiency in time study software and tools is highly desirable.
Strong mathematical and statistical skills.
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Experience & Knowledge of
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in time study methodologies, work measurement techniques, and process improvement tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
Advanced knowledge of productivity software tools, such as Microsoft Excel or statistical analysis software (GSD, Basic Most, SPC...), to analyze data and generate reports.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively convey ideas and recommendations.
Detail-oriented and highly observant to accurately capture and document time study data.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production systems is preferred.
