Work Location
From now until May 2027: Thuan Dao Industrial Park, Long An Province (Daily shuttle bus provided from District 1 and District 6, Ho Chi Minh City).
From May 2027 onwards: Full-time at HCM.
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor, verify and update employees' daily attendance data in the timekeeping system/software.
2. Check and reconcile data on late arrivals, early departures, annual leave, unpaid leave, sick leave, unauthorized absences and other attendance-related records.
3. Summarize and reconcile data on work shifts, overtime, night shifts, weekly rest days, public holidays and Tet holidays based on the approved work schedule.
4. Coordinate with Department Heads, Shift Leaders/Team Leaders and relevant departments to verify and adjust timekeeping data before each payroll cycle.
5. Provide attendance, overtime, leave, night-shift, allowance and other related data to support monthly payroll processing.
6. Implement and monitor the Company's employee welfare programs as assigned.
7. Update, maintain and ensure the accuracy, confidentiality and accessibility of employee master data.
8. Participate in HR development initiatives, employee relations, internal communication and HR process improvement projects as assigned.
9. Perform other duties assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in timekeeping for a manufacturing company with 700+ employees.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law, especially regulations related to working hours, overtime, shifts, and annual leave.
• Experience using HRM, ERP, or timekeeping systems is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work accurately with large volumes of data.
