Summary:
Data Analytics Manager plays a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the bank. This position is responsible for deliver actionable insights, optimize business performance, and support strategic initiatives through advanced data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in banking or financial services, MNC.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of banking products, customer behavior, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with machine learning models and predictive analytics.
