As the Talent Acquisition Volunteer at STEAM for Vietnam
The Talent Acquisition Volunteer will lead and direct the routine functions of People team including hiring and interviewing volunteers, planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. The ideal candidate thrives in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment and approaches new challenges and tasks with a can-do attitude and insights/solutions-orientated approach.
Responsibilities
Partners with the hiring managers and stakeholders to understand and execute the organization's human resources and effective strategies to attract top talent.
Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from drafting job descriptions, posting jobs, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews, to sending decision letters, onboarding, and maintaining the candidate database.
Ensure TA reports are up-to-date and use them to provide insights into recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement
Perform other HR duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or closely related fields.
Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and problem-solve.
Effective professional oral and written communication skills.
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
Superior attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
