Job Description
1. Compensation & Rewards Management
Analyze labor market data, research market trends, and identify best practices in rewards management to propose competitive compensation strategies aligned with company objectives.
Participate in developing and updating salary structures, job grading systems, job descriptions, and salary ranges.
Support the implementation and management of performance-based incentive programs, project bonuses, and other reward schemes.
Provide consultation and support to departments regarding compensation policies and resolve related concerns.
2. Performance Management
Design and implement performance evaluation systems (KPIs) aligned with business objectives and job requirements.
Monitor employee performance evaluation processes and prepare performance reports for management.
Analyze performance results and provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
3. HR Cost Management & Reporting
Collect, analyze, and prepare periodic reports on labor costs by department, position, and expense category.
Analyze workforce cost trends and propose solutions to optimize HR costs.
Support the development of annual HR budget planning.
4. Market Research & Other Responsibilities
Conduct research on market trends related to compensation, benefits, and rewards.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
