Activation & Visibility Campaign Management
- Supporting the regional trade marketing team in developing the local marketing plan based on market and channel needs, in accordance with the global marketing objectives and brand guidelines, with focus on BTL activities.
- Implementation of marketing activities mainly Point-of-sale visibility projects through seamless coordination with regional team, clients and vendors; to ensure synchronization in campaign schedule and positioning.
- ROI tracking on marketing activities implemented.
- Coordinate with customer service & logistics team to ensure POSM & product delivery are aligned with marketing plans.
- Assist in budget management to ensure efficient spending in line with marketing objectives.
- Alongside the training manager, support training programs to different channels on brands, collections and sales techniques, ensuring brand equity and product benefits are properly communicated at both wholesale and retail platforms.

- 5+ years of solid experience in trade marketing (Price and Promotion Planning) preferably in the FMCG/cosmetics/fashion industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing communications strategies.
- Experience with project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure marketing campaign performance.
- Priority: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or relevant field; Solid experience in visual merchandising.; Knowledge of products displayed in retail stores.
