JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Work closely with Operation and Merchandise team to develop and implement effective trade promotions and programs.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market feedback to measure the effectiveness of trade marketing activities.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and optimize marketing activities.
- Conduct research on competitor activities and industry trends to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on performance and opportunities for improvement.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing or retail marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the retail industry, including market trends and consumer behavior.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market research.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software.
