1. Closely work with MT Team, Partners to discuss, share & create Trade Promotion, Trade Program & others for MT Channel.
2. Fully comply with BOD directions & strategies to meet set objectives.
3. Plan in coordination with Marketing and Sales the support for all new launches for MT.
4. Conduct periodically trade visit to assess new launches implantation in key accounts.
5. Market visit & report.
6. Gather, analyze and interpret market information by executing market research, constant monitoring of market/segment developments, structuring internal and external data to offering opinions and advice to company management.
7. Data analysis per accounts' performance.
8. Report and post-campaign evaluation.
9. Well follow through to steer Trade MKT activities to ensure quality execution & better results.
10. Support Trade Team with other Projects related to responsibilities if any.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Graduated from University in marketing, communications, or business administration.
2 years and above working experiences in hospital channel.
Good planning skills.
Good presentation & interpersonal skills.
Good Microsoft office skills (excel, power point, & word).
Good written & spoken in English.
Medical background is preferred.
Knowing Mandarin (speaking & listening) is a plus.
