1. Trade Marketing Data & Reporting
Support the team in collecting, consolidating and updating Trade Marketing data.
Work with Excel to organize, filter and track data related to retail outlets, merchandising activities and Trade Marketing execution.
Maintain tracking files, checklists and activity reports to support daily Trade Marketing operations.
Consolidate field data, images and observations into regular reports.
Support the team in monitoring execution results and identifying issues or gaps based on available data.
2. Merchandising Audit & Field Execution
Conduct field visits to supermarkets, grocery stores and convenience stores to audit retail execution.
Evaluate and score retail outlets based on merchandising and brand visibility checklists.
Capture images and record observations on display quality, POSM execution and compliance with brand guidelines.
Consolidate field findings and prepare reports for the Trade Marketing team.
Support the team in identifying execution gaps and improvement opportunities at retail outlets.
3. Trade Marketing Activities
Support the execution of in-store activations, product sampling and consumer engagement activities.
Assist with setting up booths, displays and POSM at retail outlets and event locations when required.
Prepare, transport and install materials such as standees, shelves, wobblers and backdrops.
Coordinate with suppliers and external partners for assigned activities.
Support other Trade Marketing projects and tasks assigned by the team.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; comfortable with organizing, filtering and working with data.
Interested in Trade Marketing, retail execution and the FMCG industry.
Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers, reports and checklists.
Good communication, teamwork and coordination skills.
Willing to visit retail outlets and work in the field when required.
Previous experience in Trade Marketing, events, field sales or marketing activities is an advantage.
Knowledge of Canva or Photoshop is a plus.
Own a motorbike and familiarity with the local market area are preferred.
Proactive, responsible, hands-on and willing to learn.
