You are reporting to Channel Manager MOFT and be responsible in developing channel strategies, planning, execution and investment to ensure sales achievement
Key Responsibilities:
• Role play as a bridge between MKT & Sales
• Coordinate with Brand team and KA Team to develop trade activities by customer to deliver channel & customer ambitions
• Leverage brand - category - shopper understandings to:
• Define channel strategies & priorities in channel by brand
• Define right level of investments & rule of investment by channel by regions to deliver channel growth & ambition
• Define excited approaches & ambitious plans for Innovation brands
• In charge of products / campaign brief for external stakeholders
• Keep a pulse on channel partner trends and drive marketing excellence across the organization.
• Organize and execute campaigns through internal resources and external vendors.
• Input for strategies and plans that deliver Channel growth based on consumer, shopper and customer requirements.
• Contribute channel inputs to the ICP process by identifying the key opportunities and possible action plans for each priority Channel in the market.
• Recommend actionable in-store solutions based on a clear understanding on shopper behavior within the priority Channel(s).
• Recommend clear promotional guidelines based on shopper understanding and current market knowledge. Ensure all promotional investment is properly reviewed and evaluated
• Continuously source, update and communicate latest developments, trends, initiatives and competitive actions within the channel, assessing implications/opportunities for HVN
• Work with Sales teams to define and develop appropriate channel & key customer execution. Support the construction of key commercial propositions at the Channel level.
