Mô tả công việc
1. Market & influencer understanding:
• Understand market dynamics, competition, consumer, influencer (painter) & retailer insights through market research & trade visit to identify and propose growth opportunities to achieve annual and long-term business plan.
• Fully understand and prepare the competitor activities, particularly those targeted to Influencers and its implication to company's business.
2. Painter Loyalty Program Execution & Off take campaign:
• Manage Painter Loyalty QR system and liaise with regional off take team for program tracking and development plan.
• Coordinate cross functional teams to deploy the communication and execution plan of Painter Loyalty program, Off take campaign.
• Execute and effectively contribute inputs, feedback and results on programs and promotions implemented with Sales team, Brand team to improve Painter Loyalty program.
• Work with suppliers, internal team, external agencies to execute and track performance of big off take campaigns, engagement activities.
• Build strong relationship retailers and sales team to ensure all activities/communication are aligned.
• Weekly manage activities' progress based on tasks and operation plan.
• Plan spending and control the assigned Marketing budget.
• Supervise 01 Painter Service staff.
3. Execution of Communication and Activation Initiatives:
• Assist line manager in developing and executing communication plan for Painters.
• Collaborate closely with agency partners to develop and execute POSM, color tools, execute allocation plan to ensure full impact to business.
• Support off take engagement campaigns.
• Track, monitor campaign and propose improvement, key learnings.
4. Compliance with internal processes, including HSE.

• Education: bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 3 years in a related activation or trade marketing.
• Preferably from a multinational organization (regional or global presence)
• Proficient in English.
• Computer skills: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

• Customer oriented.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong team player.
• Communication skills.
