Trade Marketing Supervisor

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break)
• Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
• Saturday afternoon and Sunday: Off

Work Location
Building D10 Giang Vo, Giang Vo Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam

• Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual Trade Marketing plans to drive sales growth and increase brand visibility and distribution for Indomie.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to execute sales programs, promotional campaigns, and in-store merchandising activities.
• Manage and implement activation campaigns, sampling activities, POSM deployment, and other field marketing programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Trade Marketing programs.
• Manage the Trade Marketing budget and optimize return on investment (ROI).
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage POSM materials and coordinate with agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Prepare periodic reports, evaluate program performance, and propose improvement plans to Management.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
