WHAT IS THIS POSITION IS ABOUT?
The incumbent will support Trade Strategy Manager to implement Engagement strategy by developing implementing tools for the team. He/she will be fully responsible for development and management of the tools, including driving internal alignment and communication with relevant functions, such as Legal/ CA&C, SI&BI, Finance (PPO) and Marketing & Sales organization. This position will also be responsible for tracking allocated Trade Strategy spending and manage monthly phasing to be in line with the given budget plan.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Engagement strategy ROI analysis and planning support:
- Review ROI and human resource allocation by provinces and propose potential enhancement plan to line manager with solid business insight and analysis
- Support development of incentive plan relating to engagement implementing tools. Work in close collaboration with line manager and field marketing managers to ensure incentive plan supports achievement of commercial objectives and is in line with pay-for-performance concept
- Collaborate with Field Marketing team and vendor to ensure timely support of recruitment/human resource allocation per aligned business directions
Engagement strategy toolkit planning:
- Follow PPO process to plan engagement strategy uniform & toolkit to enhance DTC deliver Brand awareness, Multi-packs trials & Conversion. Constantly monitor new trends/competitor initiatives/legal sensitivity to propose recommendations (e.g., Digital Payment, Redeemable Voucher, Loyalty points, etc.)
Engagement strategy effectiveness tracking:
- Consolidate data and provide weekly report and monthly dashboard for field team to track performance
- Lead the tracking of effectiveness of engagement strategy. Deliver monthly report and analysis
- Support Manager to analyze data and provide recommendation for better engagement (ex. frequency, channel, scheme, territory...) to improve effectiveness
Field visit and insight sharing:
- Coordinate between Marketing sub-functions. Conduct bi-weekly field visits, audit & training sessions, to ensure (1) deep understanding of consumer behavior and industry practices, (2) full implementation and speedy adaptation of engagement strategy implementing tools on-field and (3) competitor initiatives
Budget management & Ad-hoc projects:
- Support Manager in budget planning and consolidate spending plan. Update YTD Actual records versus spending plan to ensure the best possible use of given budget
- Ad hoc projects: research, analysis or training/ workshop

Yêu cầu
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor in Business or equivalent is required
- At least 3-year experience of working in fast moving consumer goods within trade/brand role or Management Trainee program; or in in account/project management in agency for major FMCG clients.
- Experience in tobacco industry or dark market is an advantage.
- Good or Fluent English (required)
- High proficiency of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
- Ability to use Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator (basic function) is an advantage.
- Bachelor in Business or equivalent is required
